One of our trustees recently walked the West Highland Way from Milngavie, near Glasgow to Fort William in the Scottish Highlands. The West Highland Way is some 154 km (95.5 miles) long and takes in the spectacular landscape of the Highlands, from tranquil lochs to lush glens and towering mountains. The route also incorporates some famous movie locations such as Rannoch Moor (Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows) and the awesome Buchaille Etvie Moor as featured in the James Bond Skyfall movie.
