OUR MISSION

To provide communities in Uganda with access to clean water

No other charities are operating where we are. Without our help, these communities would not get clean water. As little as £3 can help us to give one person clean water for life.

OUR WORK

Our focus to date has been on building water boreholes in the Busoga region of Uganda

We have invested a considerable amount of time investigating the area and making contact with the right local people to help implement the water borehole projects.

Project Buweira II

We built our water borehole in the middle of the village. The community were previously collecting their water from a contaminated water source because it was taking them up to 6 hours to collect their water from the nearest water borehole.

Project Nabitende

We built our water borehole next to the community’s primary school which has 1,000 students. The students were missing lessons to walk long distances to collect their clean water and the girls were being abused by the older boys.

We are very proud of what we have achieved so far, especially being such a small charity, but there is a lot more work to do.
